Ti-alloy refers to an alloy based on titanium, adding one or more other elements, such as aluminum, vanadium, molybdenum, tin, nickel, manganese, zirconium, tantalum and niobium. Titanium alloy has low density, high strength and good corrosion resistance. Titanium alloys are divided into α alloy (TA7: Ti-5Al-2.5Sn) and α+β alloy (TC4: Ti-6A1-4V; TCl: Ti-2Al-1.5Mn) and beta alloy (TB5: Ti-15V-3Cr-3Al-3Sn). In 2008, China's titanium sponge production capacity and output has ranked first in the world, a total of 49,600 tons of titanium sponge, accounting for about 28.7% of the world's total output. Titanium processing materials produced a total of 27,700 tons, ranking second in the world, accounting for about 21.4% of the world's total output.

The most common used titanium alloy bolts is titanium grade 5, also called ti-6al-4v.  It is widely used aerospace, energy, oil and gas, medical, electronics, chemical, marine, automotive, motorcycle, bicycle and other industrials. Wisdom Titanium produce all kinds of standard titanium bolts and customized titanium parts. Welcome contact us!
