Now PVD coating technology has been widely used in cemented carbide end milling cutter, drill, ladder drill, drill, reamer, tap, indexable milling insert, special-shaped coating processing tools, welding tools, and so on.
PVD technology not only improves the bonding strength between the films and substrate materials, but also the coating composition develops from the first generation TiN to TiC, TiCN, ZrN, CrN, MoS2, TiAlN, TiAlCN, TiN-AlN, CNx, DLC and Ta-C and other multivariate composite coating.
